We also determined important details as we examined the influence of Martin Luther King, Jr.

Our fiction writing unit came to an end last week as we put the finishing touches on our stories. Students were busy examining first and third person perspectives, along with correct usage of verb tense. The days are seriously flying by in fifth grade. As I turn the page in my planbook to this week, I can't help but pause as I look at Friday, March 12th....so many emotions as we approach the one year mark.😔. One thing is certain, though...I am so thankful that I will not have to say goodbye to our class any time soon...they are stuck with me for the next few months!! 😉
